The southern coastline of Albania is a landscape shaped by steep terrain and accelerating coastal change. Over the past decade, tourism incentives across the Balkans have reshaped much of the shoreline through roads, hotels, and privatized developments, often severing long-standing relationships between inland settlements and the sea.
This 200-room hospitality program merges the demands of tourism with the dire need for water infrastructure. Through on-site collection, filtration, storage, and redistribution, the project integrates water systems directly into the spatial framework.
